I Can't Tell You What Goals to Have

I tell all of my clients: I can't give you your goals; only you can do that. What I can do is prepare customized, ongoing recommendations that are tailored to your goals.

I am a weight-loss coach and a nutrition coach. The main mechanism of weight loss that I focus on is food because—simply put—you lose body fat in the kitchen, not the gym.

My approach as a Health Boss and coach is to bring understanding, science, and flexibility to the table.

Everyone has different preferences and levels of tolerance. I have a particular affinity for busy professionals because I know at a visceral level how you feel. Your job is time-consuming, mostly sedentary, and generally stressful.

If you have time for exercise, great! That's a bonus. But it's not a requirement for fat loss.

Fair Warning:

I am not the right coach for you if you want to become the skinniest version of yourself. Losing excess weight is healthy, but becoming a disappearing twig is not.

I believe that we can be "body positive" while embracing our goals to lose excess weight. These two concepts are not mutually exclusive.

You can be confident about who you are and still want more confidence. You can feel sexy and still want to feel even sexier. There is nothing wrong with this.
